Activity in the top bar answers "who changed what, and when": every schedule change (who was moved where, on which Sunday), approval, publish, sub, trade, sign-up, no-show and lesson link, newest first, with who did it. Admins also see settings, rooms, branding and Planning Center changes (and, with Sign-ins too, sign-ins); leaders see their own team's blocks. Filter by person, kind of change and dates, or open a block and choose Who changed what for just that block. Download CSV saves what's shown. Activity is kept for a year.
