If your kids' volunteers aren't Services teams in Planning Center, but a Group or a saved People list, pick that under Settings → Planning Center (where the roster comes from), then each team's group or list, and Save. For a Group, its leaders lead the team; mark the teachers under Teachers. A list doesn't say who leads, so mark leaders and teachers there. That's the only team data Arkrooms keeps. Publishing to Planning Center and reading declines need Services teams, so they're off with a Group or a List. Connecting needs Planning Center to allow Groups too (connect again if you connected before).
